My Samsung E250 also got the same problem of freezing. I switch the phone off, leave it of for a few hours and then switch it on again. Sometimes it work, sometimes not. Phone is about 3 Months old. I'm not very impressed with this setup.

i found a sim card and put it in my phone and it asked me for a password it said i had 10 attempts so i like guessed until there were no more attempts and then my phone said phoned freezed so i put my old sim in and it still said phone freezed i left my phone off for a whole day and when i turned it on it still said phone freezed
