you could try and master reset the phone see if that helps......if it does not you will have to get the phone's firmware reflash this process should correct the issue.
Just try to remove any dust on phone battery metallic surfaces etc
,the phone will
work normally. you need also to use usb. this generally happens when there is 0 power left in phone for long time
