I cant use this little cd in my front-load cd drive?

Friend got me one of these before. Found it came with one of those itty-***** CD's- that I can use. Chagrined, the has now bought me ANOTHER one of these, because, prominently displayed in their advertising is clearly a FULL-SIZE CD which would certainly work with Macs. Guess what- IT'S NOT. I am furious with this company and if I don't get a working CD for the Mac PDQ, I'm going to write the company up to ePinions, the Better Business Bureau or whatever other site I can find. Enough is enough.

got an innovage digital photo keychain with no software included and cant find any website to download it.

cant use cd for driver

i have loaded the software and restarted my computer. Then when I go to the icon and can't find how to get pictures from my computer. the status at bottom says idle. What is going on?

Same thing happens to me.

Compac with xp didnot recognize cd when i put it imto the cd-rom.per directions, i went into "my computer" and opened the cd-rom drive. I then went into "run" and typed setup.exe...however it keeps saying to go to the control panel and configure system components,,,, I'm not a computer genius, but I can usually follow directions....Is this a piece of junk???
Or can someone help me.

cd is too small for macs computers

I have installed the software but when I try to open the icon, I get an error message stating the program was "termined". I've spent several hours trying to get this installed and working with no luck at all. HUGE disappointment since I was so excited about a digital keychain. This product is a complete waste of money.

Everything works just fine till I ge to the step where I use the photo viewer file manager to brouse the photos on the computer. I don't find a photo viewers file manager and from this step on nothing works. I see many other people are having the same problem. Don't you test your products before you put them on the market ???????????????????????

i have digital photo keychain every time i download it it says program terminated .

My disk drive tried to run the tiny setup disk and then spit it out. I went to the website shown on the Best Solutions section and tried to download but was unsuccessful. The download took forever and I finally stopped it after nearly ten minutes. I have high-speed internet access via Comcast cable.

I don't think the Innovage Photo Keychain works with Windows Vista. System requirements list 98SE/ME/2000/XP. My mom got one for Christmas but my PC won't run the program and she doesn't have a computer. And there's apparently no Innovage website or support either.

Hello front drive CD player and small disks do not go together. I bought this product because it works with mac. Most mac drives are front loads. Please make a download driver.
