Dropping it may have dislodged one of the internal components. I would bring it to the Verizon store and see if they can fix it or give you a new phone.

It's possible that the displays are broken. I have an envV3 that was dropped twice, and each time it broke one of the displays, first the outside, then the inside. The outside one had a visible crack in the glass, but the inside one didn't have visible damage - just a weak backlight in one area and no display.

If it is "only" broken displays (does the phone still make calls successfully?) and if you are handy at repairs, it is possible to replace the internal display module. I got a replacement display module off eBay for $38, and replaced it and it all works nicely now.

HOWEVER, I've got a lot of electronics building and repair experience, and I wouldn't recommend it for someone without a moderate amount of experience, and the right tools. Some fine soldering is required in two places, and it's a fairly tight, complex repair. See this thread for more details on my repair.

If you aren't up for that, a repair technician, or the Verizon store would be your options.
