Can't afford the fee you charge. also, feel it is quite expensive since you don't even look at the machine. probably wouldn't use the service enough to make it worth the cost. info was on net without having to pay a fee.

What caused white fuse to open twice?

If your transformer is shorted somehow it could get very hot. This would also cause a high current flow that would blow a fuse. Remove the transformer and replace it and replace the blown fuses.

Janome model 200E Plug in the usb but the machine can't see. It ‘s show “not insert usb” because? Please your advice me.

Likely there's a size limit to the USB memory stick. It doesn't say in the 200E manual but a search on "usb stick" on the Janome site would indicate some earlier USB capable machines may have a 2GB limit.

200E freezes up

A 200e that locks up usually need a memory and a firmware upgrade. The original 200's only have 32mb of internal memory. The upgraded mini print board that is used in the 730 has 64mb of memory. This 64mb board was used in the 200 as a upgrade and this stopped the lock up problem. Also over the years Bernina has improved the firmware and this also cures the lock up problem. The latest and probably last firmware version for the 200e is version 5, also called the cutwork version. The easiest thing for you to do would be to take your 200 to a dealer and have them install a 64mb mini print board and also upgrade your machines firmware to the latest version 5. Also if you have loaded embroidery designs in your machine, remove them as they use up the machines memory. When you get too many designs loaded even if you have a 64 MB board in your machine you can still have lockup problems.

Need fuses for janome 4000

You can get the fuse at Radio Shack. Part number 270-1065. It is a 3.15 amp 250 volt slow-blow fuse.
If you replace the fuse and it blows again, you need a new A circuit board part number 829606005.

Want to know how to replace the fuse

If you have an on board fuse it will be very small and near where the plug goes in the machine but unless you can get to it without stripping the machine don't even try, remember that it is quite easy to blow the boards from static from your body.

Viking 940 Sewing Machine will not run.

the transformer has broken solder connections between the pins for the plug and the transformer board. Brave? 4 phillips screw. Black box on bottom. remove ribllon cable. Transformer out. 2 screws black cover on transformer off. Theres the board with broken solder joints to the plug pins. The large plug they used on that model broke the solder joint easily. it shoudlnt be blowing fuses though unless he tried to fix it and put in wrong one.
