20,000 !!!!! wow... You need a high speed internet connection to delete all ...because to load all the emails in your page it will take long time as well as it will make your net connection slower...so if you have a high speed connection you can do it easily...and you can complete it at once using All-new-mail version....In this version you can select all mails at a time those you wish to delete or you can select all mails by clicking all selection box on Inbox header..click Delete then.... and it will save your valuable time....hope my suggestion will help you....All the best

Gmail login com

Trash or spam? If you consistently delete messages without reading them, gmail will intuitively regard these as spam and filter them into your spam folder instead of your inbox. To get gmail to stop putting it in your spam folder, select a message using the check box, and click 'not spam' (while in your spam folder). It will send further messages of that type to your inbox (until you delete multiples without reading again).

Have over 6,000 new mail in my aol mailbox. Is there a way to delete mail from a certain date to another date without having to delete one at a time?

Go down and tick all the boxes to the left of the email that you'd like to delete. If you want to delete more than one email, click the box next to each message that you want to delete.
Above your mailbox, click the Delete button (the trash can icon).
You can delete 'All' but that might be too drastic

How to delete emails without opening them

check the check box next to the mail then strike the delete button. If you want to delete more than one at a time then check more than one check box adjacent to each piece of email. Or if you are using outlook then simply right click the desired mail to delete then right click and select delete. Hold ctrl while right clicking desired mail to delete to delete more than one at a time.

How to delete e-mail without having to go one by one.

you can click the top then scroll down to the bottom hold the shift button and then left click the last one, this will highlight everything in that list and you can delete it all in one go, If you would like to keep specific emails then you can easily scroll up to the ones you wnt and pressing and holding the control key you can click the mail you want, after you have done this process you can then click on delete to delete the rest of the mail This is of-course if your using outlook express or msn live mail, if your using online mail service then at the top of all the emails should be a checked box by clicking this it will put a checked tick in all the boxes and you mass delete them, like the previous bit you can then scroll down to Un-Check the ones you want to keep then delete the rest. if you would like further help please ask away. I PUT 203 EMAILS IN THE TRASH. HOW DO I SAVE ALL OF THEM INTO A FOLDER. CAN YOU HELP ME.?

The Trash folder deletes itself every few days, without your having any control over the timing. The best solution for saving 'deleted' e-mails to act upon at your own time is to create a new folder (My Own Trash ?, My Deletes ?) and move all deleted e-mails to that folder. You can move many at one time by using the check boxes beside each mail, then select Move. Don't forget to empty this folder once in a while ... :-)

Can i get may e mails from in.com to my pop account

Possibly! I do this with my yahoo account into outlook Express using the following:

Open Outlook Express
  1. From the Tools menu, choose Accounts.
  2. Select the Mail tab.
  3. Click the Add button.
  4. From the Add menu, click Mail.
  5. In the text box labelled Display Name, type your name and click Next.
  6. In the Email Address and the reply address box , type your in.com mail address (be sure to include @in.com) and click Next.
  7. Under My incoming mail server is a... select POP3.
  8. Type POP.mail.in.com in the Incoming Mail (POP3, IMAP4, or HTTP) Server box.
  9. Type smtp.mail.in.com in the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server box. Click Next.
  10. In the Account Name box, type your in.com Mail ID (your email address without the @in.com).
  11. In the Password box, type your in.com mail password.
  12. If you want Outlook Express to remember your password, check the Remember password box.
  13. Do not check the boxes labelled Log on using Secure...
  14. Click Next.
  15. Click Finish.
Important: Most SMTP servers require authentication. To turn this setting on:
  1. From the Tools menu, choose Accounts.
  2. Select the Mail tab.
  3. Double-click the account labelled POP.mail.in.com
  4. Select the Servers tab.
  5. Check the box next to My Server Requires Authentication.
  6. Click OK.
To control deletion of messages from the in.com mail server:
  1. From the Tools menu, choose Accounts.
  2. Select the Mail tab.
  3. Double-click the account labelled POP.mail.in.com.
  4. Select the Advanced tab.
  5. In the Delivery section at the bottom of the window, check Leave a copy of messages on server if you want to save your in.com mail messages on the in.com mail server as well as on your local computer. Do not check this box if you want your messages to be deleted from the in.com mail server once you have received them in Outlook Express. If you want to access your email from both the Outlook Express client and the in.com web based client then you need to leave a copy of the mail on the server.
Please let me know if this helps!

Need a shortcut for deleting over 5000 unwanted messages

If you are in a classic view in yahoo mail, the only way is if you switch to "All New Mail".
It has a continuous mail page which allows you to delete all at once. Click on "more actions"---then, "Select All Messages" and then "Delete".
You can always switch back to Classic afterward.

*I hope this will fix your problem.
