Low presure from the pump. If I open the washer prior to washing and add water the unit seems to run much better. I have noticed glass and other junk jammed in the bottom of the unit. I have tried to remove the top of the filter assembly i guess but have had a hard time getting the middle bolt out. Is it clockwise or counter clockwise ? When I get that out I think I should be able to remove the housing and remove the crap from the filter I hope. Is the low presure from the pump caused by this stuff being in the way ?
Thanks for any and all help

The problem was with the inlet valve. I cleaned it and the it seemed to work better. The real fix was the valve under the sink. It was only letting in a small amount of water, when I repaired the problem the dishwasher fills without problem. Seems to be working great now.
My dishwasher does not fill with enough water, if I add water it does a great job. I took apart the fill hoes off of the water faucet, there was not screen there. Most off the dishwashers I had in the pasted always had a line filter like a wash machine. So it is probablyplugged in further. Thanks.
