MY PAPER WONT GO IN RIGHT, IT SEEMS TO FEED ONLY ONE SIDE OF PAPER, DOSNT SEEM TO BE ANYTHING JAMMED, ANY IDEAS
I have the same problem

have same problem paper only wants to go in from one side ...will not feed right ..any ideas... nothing seems to be jammed in it.

disconnect the printer from the computer:

>manually feed paper using the paper feed button.
>observe, if the printer pulls only one side of the paper then it´s a hardware issue
