I am missing my instruction manual (by 2 users)

Hi,
I am missing my instruction manual for my ice-cream maker. They don't appear to sell it anymore in australia, i noticed one of the solutions offered to email a scanned copy.. how do i email them, there doesn't appear to be any email address to reply to ??? or if you are able to give me a email for
