It will not connect to my computer. It just says Connecting but never connects.

when you connect an mp3 to the aomputer sometimes you need to connect it through your mp3 aswell, if not go in your settings and browse through the usb settings, and if it still doesn't work you might need to scan the devise when you plug it in the comouter because it might not be safe.
