Hot and cold water dispenser

I have model GXCF05D03, just last week it started leaking uncontrollably. I have had the unit 4 years with no problems. I took the water out, unplugged, turned it off. I took out the ring and cleaned everything. Nothing changed. Tried a new bottle of water, no change. Is there anything else I can try? Thank you Heidi Williams

Seems I have the same problem. I think it's the hot water tank. Is that the smaller tank wrapped in white insulation next to the compressor? The insulation is soaked with water.

same issue, found that the fitting for the hot water tank had dried and crached due to the heat unable to find parts
