If you are using component cables to connect your television and they are improperly connected, this can cause a greenish picture. If this is the case make sure that they are in the correct inputs on the television, these inputs are color coded for your convenience. If they are in the correct inputs make sure that they are pushed in all the way.

It could also be related to a faulty MPEG2 or AV_TERM Board
