MS8137C+ Power up problem, no bios or display

The mother board is 4 years old, and development a fault which has got progressively worse over a matter of 2/3 days. On power up the power light flashes instead of staying on, and there is no display, no bios display etc. I have removed everything apart from the memory and grphis card both of which I have changed. I have wiggle all connectors, but am coming to the conclusion it's time for something new.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you PaulC

Yes, if replacing the cmos battery does not solve it, then maybe the power supply also is faulty.

Hi,

Tell me the Mother Board Chipset & Oper.Sys you are using.

Try to change power settings in bios if it not works try to set bios optimal defaults, if it not you have to update BIOS.

Hope this will be helpful..
