lease refer to the following link to the Microsoft KB article to download the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility. When you go to download it do the following:
1. Select to Save and put it on your desktop
2. Now right click msicuu2.exe (for Windows Installer CleanUp Utility) and select to Run as administrator.
3. Follow the wizard to install the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility
4. Now try the update.
Now click Start>All Programs>Windows Installer CleanUp Utility (provide administrative rights if prompted)
Look for any entries for installations of the SP1 and remove them.
Sometimes the install gets stopped or corrupted half way so you need to remove it first.
Then try again.
