Lens stuck

If the battery is fully charged, and you are able to turn on the camera but only the lens wont come out, then try doing this:

1. Hold the camera from your right hand with the lens facing down.
2. Hit the base of the camera to your left palm as you press the ON button to turn on the camera. Do this a couple of times until the lens comes out.

Chances are, your camera's lens is stuck inside because of some granule of sand or dirt stuck on the sides of the lens inside. Goodluck!

A lens stuck usually is caused by dirt, dust, or an impact which caused damage to the lens system.

As you turn on the camera try this (this may damage the camera even more, so be careful) pull on the lens with a gentle twisting motion. If that does not work, then push on the lens as it is turned on. What we are trying to do is to make the lens jump back on track.
If that does not work, the camera needs repair, or you can sell it on a site such as Ebay for parts, repair, as is.
