Try starting in safe mode. If it works then you need a graphics driver.

Toshiba laptop keeps rebooting

You probably have a mbr virus.

Download The following iso listed below. It is the latest version of the Kaspersky rescue disk. You need to burn it to a CD with a program like Imgburn (Which is also FREE like the iso file). Then you need to boot from the CD and run the scanner. It should fix you right up.

This fault can be caused by so many different things:
You should start by tracing back through the recent history of hardware, software, drivers or settings changes to the computer between now and the last time that the computer was working properly to eliminate as many items as possible from the long list of possibilities below so you can isolate the precise cause.

Will not start up all the way just keeps saying the big m then blur on and off slowly

Possible that the phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

My son downloaded virus and I got the blue screen of death. I ordered OS disks and got error that install could not proceed due to a missing file.

simple solution would be when running the os disk reformat the whole pc before continuing the install also after bios boot i would suggest seeing if you have a recovery partition usually activated after the bios by hitting f10 or f11

Can be a lot of things but most common is a virus corrupted file or operating system. Reinstall the OS or take it to someone who can possibly isolate the offending file and replace it.
