I have an UMAX Astra 5600 scanner, which I am able to use, as I am prompted " Please verify to unlok the scanner hardware. The lock located in the bottom of scanner." each time I try to use it. I have located the button and unlocked the scanner. But still the problem persists and I am continously prompted to do the same. How can this problem be fixed?
