There are 3 types of 3110 : simple(just 3110), classic and evolve.
The 'simple' one don`t support MMS , if you have any of the other two, you must call customer service at your career and ask them to activate the mms service on your phone...that means they will send you a service message on your phone as an SMS and you will have to store that message. Good luck!
