HP Color Copier Error Code

My HP 290 is displaying an error code of 20442. Unplugging and replugging to reset copier isn't working. Any idea this error code is and how do we correct the problem.

Try turning off the device, and holding down the # and 6 keys simultaniously while turning the power back on. If that doesn't work reply back with the EXACT sequence of messages that display. I will continue to research the error code to provide a better solution.
