Last night, we were watching the countdown to the New Year and out of nowhere the receiver shut off, flashed PROTECT on the face of the machine and the Power/Stand by button flashed slowly.  I unplugged the unit and waited a few seconds to plug it back in and power it up, when I did, the Power/Standby flashed more quickly and we have no power going to the unit. I decided to leave it alone until this morning, now the red light doesn't even flash.  It's like it just died.  Happy New Year!  Can it be fixed???
