Upon first attempt my motorola razor "found" my H500 as a device, I didn't have my passkey so I went to find it (which took a little bit and it shut off in the mean time)
Now when I Have my phone try to find the device it doesn't do it. It also is not listed in my device history, so I cannot choose it off the menu.
What happened and how can I fix it?
I had the blue-tooth on and working at first, however when it was connected to my phone and to far away to reach, i had answered my phone with the talk key, on my phone. when i received another call and tried answering it with the blue-tooth it would not work (the bluetooth). i had to disconnect it and then tried to reconnect it, did not work either, also i had deleted it and went to "add new" in my menu, still nothing. "searching " was no detecting

TRY RESETTING THE H500 BY TURNING IT OFF. THEN PRESS AND HOLD THE CALL BUTTON TILL THE LIGHT IS STEADY,(ABOUT 6-10 SECONDS THEN USING YOUR PHONE TRY SEARCHING FOR A HANDSFREE DEVICE. THIS SHOULD SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM
