Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
I have a 6 month old Frigidaire front loader which will not start. I can press all the buttons, set up the cycles, I see the lights flash, and I can press start, but after about 5 seconds I just hear a buz and that is it. Can you give me any advise? This happened after I put a heavy table cloth in that I had been soaking in another tub - I placed the table cloth in the washer machine, pressed wash, did not put any soap in because I just wanted to rinse and drain the table cloth.
Thanks for your help!
First make sure the door is closed good look for the door locked light to come on second open and close the dispenser drawer make sure its closed all the way as there is a switch in there that wont let it start if not closed then advise me and we will go from there

Tips for a great answer:
Hello sidneyskiss - From what you have described if only the normal cycle is working, then there seems to be a communication problem coming from the main control board or wiring failure. Try resetting the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and restart washer. If it proves to be ineffective, I would suggest contacting a professional technician to move forward accurately.
