okay, im sorry i dont have anyplace in which i know where to get bootup utilites etc from, but even if u did have the software, the phone must be turned on in order tt accept any software changes! have u tried booting in safe mode? (left softkey-answer/green key-3) at the same time i think, refer to the manual to find out how! this usually works! but i got my phone VERY early on and of ebay!! and i still had warranty! i really suggest going on nokia's website and finding a local nokia repair centre, it worked for me, and i thought i had no warranty at all on it!! because the phone is still recent (within a year im assuming!) it still exists, BUT if you tamper with it in any way you will void your warranty, then ur in deep S**T !! sorry cant find any software for it!
