Problem is out of toner/change toner i change toner but not solve problem

Does the machine say replace drum or toner. Two different units. If toner did refill or install a new toner. There is a chip on most drums and toner to tell the machine they are new. if you refill the toner the chip is still going to tell the machine it is used.

clean the developer and add toner powder to it then try to print without putting a toner if fine then install the toner problem solved

F2:72 is for Toner cartridge improper cartridge detection (MAGENTA).

Check and see if the right toner cartridge is installed. If it is the proper cartridge I would suggest placing a service call.

what brand do you use?because No-OEM toner cartridge may be not suit for the Drum Unit? change a OEm toner cartridge to test again.maybe solve this problem.

Change Toner cartridge.
Do not refill your toner cartridge in the same place anymore ;) Do not refill them like 10 times ;) Use original toners for your MF/Printer
