Problem for Handmark Software MobileLists (950142) for PC, Mac

I had a problem with vedio recorder and camera.

i had a problem with vedio recorder and camera for china mobile model:TV96K.
what do you sugest me?
To make the problem clear.When the camer tries to shoot, it brings message "Camera module note ready"
And when the vedio tries to shoot, it brings the message " cam coder module not ready"
what do you thik is the problem? pls give me a solution.
