Our N369B fridge freezer has a large amount of ice clinging to the upper back of the fridge how do we stop this happening?

Make sure the door is closed properly and the seal is clean and undamaged. Try to minimise opening the door. Every time you open the door humid air enters freezer and any moisture freezes to form ice.

Your freezer door is not closing properly. if it is not on wheels then make sure the bottom nut that also holds the front wheels or slider in place is tight. Also maybe have the seals replaced and check door alignment on both doors. You will of course have to defrost the freezer.
