Plugged in, worked, turn on later, did not work

Worked fine yesterday, 2 hours later, nothing. I unplugged and tried again. Sounded like it was turning on, then red "power" light was just flashing. No sound or picture. Unplugged 2 min and plugged back in, light just starts flashing

Unplug each crt anode lead one at a time, then try turning set on. Its possible a crt is shorted. If tv runs then replace the defective crt.

These DLP tvs sometime u unplug suddenly and replug it back wright away,tv will go into protective mode and will not work wright away.Tries tv unplug, replug it back about an hour later, now the tv will reset itself back to the factory setting. The tv should work now.

Yesterday after playing video games for a couple of hours my son tunrs off the set. He returns 45 minutes later turns the set on as usual the green power light flashes 3 times followed by a red indicator...

Red flashing 6x is a thermal fuse,I have serviced hundreds of these models and have never encountered 7x.If it is flashing 7x try unplugging the power for 2-3 hours and try it again. If that doesn't work you will need probably need a K-board.

My TV does not power up when the power button is pressed.

It's sounds like your lamp or backlight has went out, I suggest reading your manual for service info and look online for a local repair shop.

Power light flashing/ no picture

I have the same problem. The only way to get the TV to come on is to unplug it, but once you get it back on it turns itself off again in a few minutes.
