A tool known as "duck-billed" pliers works for the stuck in the wrong way battery syndrome. They are flat-nosed, pliers of the "needle-nose" variety.

It's simple, a good innovator technician near you can assist. Just buy a better battery that can fit Ito the old battery slot and let the old casing be oped and the new batt casing removed. Resolver the terminals and insulate them before inserting old case now use it and forget the refurbished phone.

Does not power on

This may sound obvious, but the battery may be dead. In the event that the batt is just worn out, go get a replacement at any cellular store or somewhere like Best Buy or CompUSA. If the battery is not old enough to be shot, then check to make sure the charger is operating properly. Also check the USB cable and pay close attention to the charging port on the phone itself as it is not hard to damage the port by inserting the charging cable incorrectly. If the port is damaged, it will require service and is not field repairable. The battery and charging cable/adapter is easily replaced. Good luck.

I have a 1997 chevy cavalier and some one replaced the side post battery i had with a top post battery since then all the idiot light stay on my lights dim off and on when i drive at night i had some one...

It is a ground issue, check to see if they have not installed a wrong wire to the power terminal instead of ground terminal, make sure the termainals are tight. Make sure the hood is not touching the terminals when you push hood down to lock.

My mp3 player wont turn on but it works on the labtop how do i get it to turn on and does it need a charger or a neew battery if the battery level is low??????

The most likely problem is the rechargeable battery, if the battery is one to three years old chances are you need a replacement. But! there is the rare occasion the charger fails, when you decide to buy the battery have them check the charger first.

After inserting the batteries I do not get any lcd reading.

mcdevito75 here, Double check your battery insertion 1 of them or both incorrectly installed. If you"ve used to much pressure in installing the batteries you could have damaged the LCD display happens with Casio LCD"s. If the LCD display has turned color it may be shot. It may also be you need the press any function button to activate the LCD as when you installed new batteries it simply shut down.

Where did you get the battery? The battery may not be the one made for your mobile. Change the battery for original one. dont try to save money in case of your mobile. you will have to repent later.
