To solve the problem you encounter with your computer, just follow the steps below.

1. Open your computer casing where your motheboard lies in.
2. Remove the memory stick from the DIMM slots.
3. Remove also the graphic card if you have it in your motherboard.
4. Find the bios jumper settings in your motherboard, refer it to your motherboard manual to do this.
5. Reset the bios and turn it back again to normal.
6. Plug in all the remove hardware.(video-card and memory stick)
7. Close the computer case.
8. Power on the computer. Take note: Be sure you that all the cords you have remove is properly inserted back like the computer power cords, mouse, keyboard, vga and etc.

Hope this could help you. Please don't forget to rate me. Thanks..

Take your computer to a qualified technician.
Something "broke" (motherboard? power-supply? CPU?)
and the technician will do the trouble-shooting for about $60, plus the cost of parts.
