i can not get into my txt messages and all my contacts are gone

I also have the same problem. All my phone contacts and text messages are gone and the function is no longer usable! Please help!

When I first purchased the phone, I tried to text message a friend. I am able to open up the txt msg application but when I enter any letter from the keyboard, it will display an error message stating that there in not enough storage space. I have changed the defult storage for messaging to my flash drive, which is 2gs. However, I continue to get the same message. Just recently, I have had the same problem as many other users on this site, I've lost my entire phonebook and am unable to store any numbers to the phone or the sim. I've tried a master reset and a master restore but '000000' does not work. I have even tried to call that number that another reader posted: 1(800)MOTOBLU. No luck there either. I have had this phone for more than 2 years. And I am still madly in love with it. I listened to the radio, mp3s and surf the net on a full browser way before the I-phone came out. I am very happy with the size and being able to download applications through Linyx. I don't want to have to buy another phone. Please help if you can. It is very much appreciated.

After downloading somefiles on the memory card of my motorola A1200,When i select the message icon, i get a screen that says "waiting for DB", nothing happens after. HELP!! Also, all my phone contacts from my phone and SIM card have disappeared.
