Question about Motorola Mobility A1200

1 Answer

Text messaging I just got a A1200 for Christmas, and yesterday i purchased a memory card.  in the process of verifying that the card worked, i believe i may have done something wrong, cause i can't open the message center at all.  When i select eh message icon, i get a screen that says "waiting for DB", nothing happens after.  HELP!!  Also, all my phone contacts from my phone and SIM card have disappeared.  I know the phone pretty well, and when checking for the memory card, i would not have deliberately deleted any files or settings i knew nothing of.

MicroSD sometimes being recognized

The problem is more likely a bad memory card. Try formating the card , if there is still problem , put a new card . It should be ok.
If still no go .... its time update the firmware..and if that charm doesnot work... its time to toss it out

Internal Memory problems

hi,. it seems your phone has some prob with the internal functionality and memory, for which there's no optional setting. the only thing u need to do is just to walk in to an authorized motorola service center along with your warranty card and hope for the best. (in such situations, master reset should be done to your phone and only authorized centers can do that), regards, sheldon
