Chances are you have a 2HDW Board that is failing. It is mounted Vertically on the Signal Board under a metal shield cover. As you look at the Signal Board from the rear, it is the Metal Shield cover furthest to the right. I would recommend a Qualified Service Person replace it to be sure it is installed correctly.

I have a 2004 Mitsubishi HD1080 Series 60'' widescreen, model WS-65315. I purchased a new Insignia surrond sound amp, mode lNS-R5101HP.I cant get the menu, for the amp,to show up on the tv. I am using HDMI cables, with an adapter for the DVI on the tv. I also have connected a Dish Network sattelite recvr and a PS3 wich both showed a picture thru the rcvr to the TV, but no sound.
