Phone doesn't work but speakerphone does.

Make sure all the volume is up. If you sill don't hear anything, speaker or wires might be faulty. Needs servicing.

As far as i know unlocking phones by codes is the best way.i also unlock my cell phone through unlock code and now i am happy with my phone.click here to get your unlock code.

sounds like the chipset in your phone is faulty. if you did'nt get it wet or use alcohol.

I had this same problem, there is a thin line of wires connecting the bottom half and top half of the sliders, after awhile it just plain wears out and will generally crack, without these wire anything on the front of your phone will no longer work. The screen is black but stil lights up a little bit and occasionally the buttons light up but its pretty much toast I'm sorry to say. I upgraded to a HTC Touch Pro 2 and am happier than ever!

The power button is broken and jammed. change it , everything will work fine.

Okay take out battery and put phone on charger .. then try a hard reset . and then go to a soft reset. after that put battery back on and soft retset and see if it works .
