Have a Dell 942 All-In-One Center printer and it won't scan saying it can't find this file: dlbusccp What do I need to do?

hi there !
-if is missing a file and it would not scan, you need to uninstall and reinstall the printer software for the program for the scanner to be reinstalled as well
-you need to use the CD of the printer to do this
NOTE: driver downloaded from the website does not contain the program for the scanner, you can only get it from the Dell Printer CD
