My fujitsu S7025 laptop is working fine including the built-in speaker and headphone. But the mic is not working also when I plugged in the mutlimedia speakers they are not working. I don't know what is the problem. I have checked the setting and made sure that the mirophone setting is not in mute. Could you please suggest a solution?

i have acer aspire& cannot get my speakers to work.
I have checked the usb and the (green) speaker connection.,
I have used device manager - it says that device is working
i have used realteck sound manager and and have experimented with all setting with device manager - stereo - rear speakers - but no sound.
