Just in case khadijah624 does check back, there are agencies in most areas that will provide help to the needy. In my own area there is ERBA (Embarass`River Basin Agency) that will provide assistance or direct you to the appropriate service.

You may be able to get your home winterized---repair the roof, heating/cooling system, windows and doors winterized, etc. plus help with winter heating bills depending on your income.

Check with City hall, Public Aide, and any others that may be able to direct you to the relevant agencies.

Hello young lady, if I lived close to Morgan county, I would come and see what I could do to help you at no charge.Do you know anyone that may be able to come over and at least put a tarp of some kind over this leak until you can make an arrangement to have it repaired? You can't live right under these kind of conditions! If you know any men folk that you can call, please do it.A tarp would help a lot. Make some calls to some roofing repair Companies and explain your situation and hopefully someone will come to you're rescue. Good luck and God bless you.
