Your cd player is fubar and in definite need of replacement.
Tape unit seems to have a mind of its won. Try to reset the electronics to factory defaults. If that has no remedy, since it is a sony< best advise is to trash it. Repair cost is prohibitively expensive.

My sony MHC-GX250 says relay is it possible that it is causing my system to keep skipping tracks and randomly jumping ??

Mine says that all the time and it doesn't skip like that.. try using some air duster in the back and cd tray.. mine actually quit playing cds at one point.. my friend said it was the "dust cover" or something like that by the eye..

I download songs from internet and then i made a disc i put on my Sony mhc-zx70dvd but its doesn't play on my stereo i don't know why

Make sure songs are in mp3 format so MHC-ZX70 can playback it

The cd will play a couple of songs then it either stops or th next song will start then skip back to the ending of the previous song. What can I do to fix this problem?

I have a Sony MHC GX470. It has been working great since I've had and the sound quality is awesome but since 2 days ago the cd player keeps skipping and it'll restart the song and skip again or it freezes....

I think grooves are dirty / clogged in sled section of lens mechanism. There is flexible wire between lens and circuit board and this should also be checked as it can be cracked or misaligned.
Below is exploded view of lens in MHC-GX470 and marked area to be checked or cleaned.

Unplug the power for a while and load all CDs. It could solve the playing old paylist.

i have 3 programs that you need to do this from your pc to your mobile...
google and download these programs

goldwave (this is your ringtone maker)
p2kcommander (this is the transfer program)
and depending on the brand of phone you have....i have motorola so i use this program
motorola software updater (this is the connection from your phone to your pc)

Can air can put a film or sometimes dust on the laser. It will need cleaning by hand with soft cloth and alcohol.
