Question about HP PhotoSmart 7260 InkJet Printer
My HP Photosmart 7260 printer suddenly stopped printing pages from the internet. The printer is fine with e-mail and documents but not the internet. There are no error messages. It is as if no command to print was ever given. No response whatsoever. Even though I have gone through all the print commands that were successful in the past, it still registers, "0 documents in queue". I am sure it is just a setting because the printer successfully printed the test page from HP web site. HP live chat troubleshooter was unable to solve this problem but promised an e-mail sollution within 24 hours. Should I just wait for them?
This sounds like an issue with your web browser. Which web browser are you using? Do you get any error message when you print? Also, when you print, make sure it is printing to the printer you think you have set up. The web browser will allow you to print to a different printer, then remember those settings.
