I tried to use my printmaster 17 as I usually do and instead it took me to a page telling me I had to login. I didn't know my password so had them send it to my email which they did. When I tried to find my order numnber from 9/2008 it said it doesn't exist. I still have the email from last year when I purchased it listing the order number which they now say is invalid. What's up with these peoople? Do you know?

Hi! I've designed an advertising poster on Print master Platinum 16. I want to send the image via email toa company to reproduce as a giant banner on a stand. I did the artwork as big as the page would allow (A4)pasted it into Paint & sent it as an email to the company. The respons I got was as below: ''The Page setup should be either of the following: 1000mm high x 425mm wide with an EXTRA 35mm at the bottom bleed. 500mm high x 212.5mm wide with an EXTRA 17.5mm at the bottom bleed. Both should be 305 dpi The bleed area should not contain any text etc, as it is the part of the banner that rolls into the stand and will not be fully visible. All files should be RGB. The final visual area is 2000mm x 850mm'' My question to you is: Can I achieve these specs with Printmaster, & if so how do I go about it? Thanking you in anticipation. Mike

Each time I crop a picture and save it. It always has a white background around it and I have to recrop it again the next time I use it. How do you keep the background around a saved cropped object transparent so you do not have to spend all that time recropping something that has already been cropped?
