MY TOM TOM WILL NOT CHARGE- HOW DO I FIX THIS?

Hello there:
what i suggest that you do is to remove the battery and check all of the connections to see if any of them are loose or worn out
And also clean the contact points with some rubbing alcohol and let dry than reinsert the battery and see if it will now charge
Also you might want to check out the charger to see if it is working properly if not replace the charger
You can also take it to any tom tom dealer and have it bench tested to see if their charger will work on it or they will be able to tell you if your battery is dead and needs to be replaced ok?
