You might try to to go to Logitic.com and re-program your remote. You have to register to use their set-up program/ They have a fairly easy way to set it up. You will need to have the remote connected to your computer with a USB cable when you start. http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/440/3865&hub=1&cl=us,en
