Conexant High Definition Audio- Venice 5045, doesn,t work & shows a yellow excl. mark. Roll back to previous driver says 'There is no driver for this function' somthing like that. Model Pesario C700.

When I bought my Presario C700, it was Windows Vista, all functions are fully operational, the wi-fi, sounds, microphone, webcam....but one day, I cannot open anymore my laptop, it wasn't functioning anymore, so I decided it to be repaired and been installed by Windows XP, but the problem is that, the wi-fi, sounds, mic anf webcam is not functioning anymore. What should I do then?
