The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Save file corrupt when started playing my game

Once a file is corrupt it cannot be saved. (I have dealt with numerous Fallout and Skyrim corrupt saves on Ps3 if I could have saved them I would) Assassins creed black flag is known to have some problems with corrupts but i thought that they were patched (check to see if its up to date)

Problem with the Nintendo DS Lite I was playing pokemon soul silver and accidentally shut of the DS before saving the game. Help! Is there anyway to get the game back?

No. There is not, the DS has no built in recovery. Unless it had an autosave feature and saved itself sometime between the last time you saved and when you turned it off you will just have to start from your last save. Sorry.

Playing game to end of second downtown level and beat boss @ construction lair. Once beaten, game freezes? Any ideas?

Sounds like it could be a glitch in the saved state. Some things you could try to rule out any form of the video game itself, if you have a friend with a 360, bring it to his place and try it on his 360. Might take several visits but if it freezes on his 360 too, then it's sometime to do with the development of the game itself.

If it doesn't freeze on you, then it's likely a problem with the HDD, where all the saved information is kept. If this is the case, call Microsoft to do some troubleshooting with your HDD.

My son has a used ds game of Pokemon Diamond (bought off eBay)that did not come with the instruction manual. He'd like to delete the saved game that's on there so he can save his own. Does anyone know how...

Far as I know coming from former GameBoys even to the DS. The game itself is not saved upon the actual Game itself, but the System or in the case the Gameboy. If he had played the game before most likely it is a previous saved gamed he palyed or someone else. All pokemon games have a common point, that you can only play one game at a time, if you try to start a new game, the previous saved game is deleted after saving on a new game. Granted that I have not played the newer verisons of the Pokemon, but if they are anything like the older verions. Emerald, Ruby, Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, Etc. They will delete the game once a new game is started and saved.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 for PS3. Getting

if you have a usb flash drive.
copy your game save files to it and delete the whole game including the saved games.

re-install and you should still have your saved game on the usb stick

copy this over and it should work.

if its the game save itself that is corrupted, then i'm afraid you have to start the game over again

Search 'how to copy ps3 game saves' and you'll find plenty of good step by step instuctions

Prince of persia for ps2, in the baths room you can only move for a few secs b4 it says game over and then retry or quit, it also does it by itself without moving the character within seconds of clicking...

this is the PS2 cd glitch or sometime when your cd is not properly loaded it say like that.
try cleaning the CD & rebooting the console.and try a the saved game else try a new game.

but for me it happens often because i have a pirated CD,so i bought a new cd instead.

My nintendo ds lite isn't broken. but I need to know wether or not a ds game saves on the console, or on the game card/cartridge itself.

Saved games are on the cartridge itself. If you take a cartridge and plug it into another DS, you will still have your saved games.
