Well the ac adapter still works and the mic does too but i accedently put the wrong ac adapter to the system that had a higher voltage and i think i blew it out also it stinks like burn plastic were their...

Electronic equipments dont work with ac supplies. That the fact is they need d.c. and in your case a.c. power goes through rectification and regulation in which case by feeding over voltage into your system you have probably damaged rectifier diodes and the regulator and these items are very cheap.N.B. if you are going to do the repair yourself check for burnt and melted copper tracks.

I plug it into the headphone jack in my cd player but it doesn't seem to work ? what am I doing wrong

Think of the "headphone jack" as an OUT, while a microphone as an IN. Can't put something into an output.
You not only would need an IN, but the correct level input as well. Microphones require a preamp to boost the signal level to line level. Depending on your microphone (condenser) you may also need what is called "Phantom Power" to power the mic.
I hope this helps,

I had to buy a new power adapter for my stage 5h wireless system. When I plug it in, the power LED flashes. Is that what it is suppose to do? I can't get it to work at with the new adapter.

No it shouldn't flash. Did you buy the manufacturers own power adapter or did you just buy a universal one?
If you bought a universal it could be that you have the wrong polarity (+ve and -ve the wrong way round)

My microphone don't turn on I don't know why I only use my mic two weeks and now don't wanna turn on, can you helpd me?

I believe your adapter is not working anymore, that is what happened to mine. I have the ED8000 model, but I found out that if you inserted 2 AA batteries works, the only thing it only last for 3 hours of singing then you have to change it again. That is the reason I'm looking online if I can only buy the adapter not the whole magicsing.

Recently purchased the Shure Beta58A microphone for my son to use with his Yamaha MO8 keyboard. We cannot determine where to connect the mic into on the back of the keyboard. I have a feeling that the...

I cannot say I'm certain of the keyboard model in question. However, one does not usually plug a microphone into a keyboard. Does it have built-in speakers?
BUT, assuming it is made to accept a microphone, there should be a "mic in" or "microphone input" jack on the keyboard. DO NOT plug into the MIDI jacks (if you find the right adapters). MIDI is a control protocol so keyboards and sound modules can "talk" to each other and one keyboard player can control multiple sounds from one keyboard.

I was going to plug in my tascam dp-01 digital porta studio when it stopped working. and there was a sell of something burning. we looked at it opened it up to see if a fuse had blown but nothing was...

This product is expensive and faulty. When the only help you get is an excuse, you know you have bought the wrong brand name. Sorry friend, I did the same and received the same bogus explanation. Basically you and I threw 500 bucks out the door. True Shame. That should be the name of their next model. Ha. Except it isn't funny.

Ac adaptor

I actually was able to go to leadsinger's website: they had a replacement adapter for sale it was $9.95 plus a few bucks shipping which I thought was a GREAT DEAL! ***BUT****when it arrived, it was white, and DID NOT WORK WITH MY LS-3700. I eventually bought another system on ebay both LS-3700 mics worked with the black originally included adapter, and neither worked with the white one I purchased. The black one is an 8V and the white one a 9V so I think that is the problem. They both had the same polarity and mA limits. I tried a universal adapter but it had 7.5V or 10V to choose between and neither setting worked....I found an 8.5V adapter at a thrift store and gave it a try (((if you do this you MUST MAKE SURE THE POLARITY IS CORRECT OR YOU WILL FRY YOUR DEVICE AS SOON AS IT IS PLUGGED IN--it will smell like burning wires*)))

The Polarity is looks like this: [-] C-- [+] {a negative symbol circled a half circle around a dot opening faces the positive symbol circled and there is a line from the half circle to the positive symbol} Picture a dot in the middle of the C.

1. GO ON EBAY FIND SEARCH "LEADSINGER MIC" and hope for a cheap replacement
2. Find an AC adapter that is 8V-8.5V that fits and has a POSITIVE POLARITY -- Circle open to the positive symbol with a line to it.

Tascam DP01 CD/FX

This is basically an error message which indicates that the Tascam timed out while waiting for the drive to spin up. Usually an issue with the drive motor not getting the correct amount of power.

Primary suspect is usually the power adapter.
