Blank or black screen

posted by wallylyc on Jan 01, 2008

I received a new i880, today. The screen lit when it was first turned on but it showed "no signal." After turning the phone off and back on a few times the screen went black. After hours of reading, calling customer service and charging the battery, I cannot get a lit screen. Anyone have any suggestions?
I have the same problem.
