Soleus MW-55

Cold water freeze

I have a Soleus MW-55 water cooler and after the unit has been on for 30 to 45 minutes the cold water freezes and nothing comes out of the cold dispenser,the hot water works fine.The cooler is about 6 months old and has never given a problem until this.
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

you have to lower the termostat because is freezing the the cold water duct that happens when is cold or winter
