what do i do

I had a document that I couldn't delete. I finally pulled my USB cable from the computer, rebooted, plugged in the usb cable and was finally able to delete my document from "printers" in the control panel.

open the print que and delete the job there.

controlpanel, printers, open yours, delete the job.

it may be that you are required to have administrative priviledges to do this. If this is your computer, go to the control panel as an administrator user and change your user settings.
