Downloading games and email sercurity set...

i am a member of games house .com and for the last past month i a having trouble downloading games because of email security settings. once i download a game once i try to play it there is a message that either states an error report or it's asking me to send the files to a website,after sending the files i get another message state that the host SMTP can't be found please some walk me through the step to resolve this headache. by the way i can't find my modle of laptop it is a Toshiba satellite M115-S3094
