I NEED HELP!!!!!!!

buy new ones or plug it into something else and see if it is working. you can also wiggle the jack at the end and see if that'll work or go into music settings see if it can play the music or see if music player is turned all the way up.

Successfully downloading music onto Sansa c250

Here is a link to the manual:

If you are certain that all of the files are in mp3 format, then your best bet would be to change the USB Mode of the player - if it is in MSC Mode, chnge it to MTP Mode and vice versa - instructions for doing this are in the manual.

The media device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected

Make sure you're not using the media with another program while you attempt to copy/sync it to your device.

Pretty late response, but meh.

That's a pretty weird problem. The only suggestion I can give you is to check to make sure the music you put on was 1) in mp3 or wav format and 2) if this is music you have purchased, to ensure you have the rights properly set to play the music
