Question about Plextor PX-716UF CD and DVD Burners
Some of my dvd movies I have made will freeze and then play and then freeze again ecy. ect. What makes this happen? Is my DVD rom worn out? Thanks! Judy Zabicki

Have these created movies always done this since made, or only recently?
If since they were made, it may be a video-format or rendering problem.
If this, then what I did was to save a short video clip as various formats, then name each saved copy by its format type eg MPEG1.MPG, AVIPAL.AVI, MKV.AVI, DVDVOB.VOB, and so on.
Some DVD's don't render or burn 100% every time, as I've found after trashing several. I think RAM and latency contribute.

How old is your dvd rom pal ?
if its too old syu more than 3 years will hav the problrem in rotor mechanism
try cleaning the lense
