Question about HP OfficeJet V40 All-In-One InkJet Printer
The scan does not work. I have tried to scan but the director that used to appear does not show anymore. I went to pull down the driver and when I hit the check button they say I am installed correctly. Then why can't I scan. I am guessing something got erased but how do I get it back.
